How fresh is the coffee, and how should I store it?+

Every bundle is roasted to order and dispatched soon after. Store your coffee sealed, cool and dry, away from light and heat, and grind just before brewing for the best cup.

Which grind or format should I choose?+

On each product page you can pick whole bean, ground, coarse or drip bag where available. Not sure? Run Brew Matcher and we'll recommend a grind for your method.

How much caffeine is in your coffee?+

Regular roasts contain standard caffeine. Half-caf blends contain roughly half. Decaf is Swiss Water processed and still contains a small amount of caffeine — it is not caffeine-free. Coffee is intended for adults.

Do you list allergens?+

Our coffee is roasted and packed on shared lines that also handle nuts and dairy, so products may contain traces. Flavoured lots use food-grade flavouring. Details are on each product page.

How long does shipping take, and are there duties?+

Delivery times depend on destination. Cross-border orders may attract duties or import taxes set by the destination country; these are the recipient's responsibility. See the Shipping Policy for details.

What is your returns policy on food?+

Coffee is a perishable food. Unopened items and any quality or transit-damage issues are prioritised for replacement or refund; opened or consumed items generally cannot be returned. See the Refund & Returns Policy.

How does Roasters Club membership work?+

Membership gives current-period benefits — member pricing, shipping perks and priority access. It is not points or stored value. Cancel anytime; your plan runs to the end of the paid period.
